Foods that are not best in Ayurveda for kidneys!

In the earlier blog, we told you the 4 foods that are not fit for kidney patients, and they are:

Avocado is rich in 25 natural vitamins, and minerals, fibers, proteins, and beneficial phytochemicals. The following are the plus points of using Avocado.
    • Lower cholesterol levels,

The scientific name of this fruit is Persea Americana. And, it is prevalently known as alligator pear in English, aguacate Palta in Spanish, and butter fruit in India.

This fruit is famous for its natural health benefits, especially for young ones. But, every healthy thing comes with its side effects when you consume it in excess quantity. Underneath are the side effects of eating Avocado/एवोकाडो, especially when you have kidney disease.

  • Do not eat avocado during pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Say no to avocado in hypersensitivity
  • It causes allergy
  • Damage liver
  • Sensitivity to latex
  • Restrict its consumption if you’re on a renal diet

  • Dates/खजूर - This fruit can be eaten dry or you can use it to make smoothies and stews. These are rich in fiber and calories that is why it is not considered healthy for a kidney patient. It is because they can cause skin, digestion, and weight-related problems. That can augment the number of issues for your ill kidney.
The rich in fiber dates can cause the following of the problems.

  • Litchi/लीची - This juicy fruit is rich in sugar that is not good for a person with diabetes and kidney disease. It might not healthy for people with skin problems because it provokes allergic reactions. Along with that, this fruit is also known for causing hormonal imbalance, internal bleeding, fever, or any other troubles. If you are pregnant or in the stage of breastfeeding, then say good-bye to litchis/लीची, which can cause hemorrhage, infections, and harm the baby.
  • Ladyfinger/Okra/भिन्डी - It seeds contain many nutrients, and they are:
    • 31% carbohydrate
    • 14% protein
    • 8% fiber (soluble)
    • 2% fat (linolenic, linoleic acid, oleic acid)
    • Calcium
    • Magnesium
    • Iron
    • Manganese
    • Potassium
    • Zinc
